The Harold Pratt House, constructed in 1919, is one of New York’s grand Park Avenue mansions featuring cathedral ceilings, fireplaces and original chandeliers throughout six rooms scaling two floors. The connecting Peterson Hall, a modern loft setting, is an optional twist to add for dinner or dancing.
